Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HANA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP HANA implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP HANA implementations including design, configuration, deployment, and support.
- Develop and optimize data models, CDS views, and calculation views for complex business requirements.
- Perform HANA performance tuning, query optimization, and system health checks.
- Collaborate with functional teams to integrate HANA with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, and third-party tools.
- Drive best practices in data migration, replication (SLT, BODS), and integration.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure system scalability, stability, and security compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 12+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 7+ years dedicated to SAP HANA.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- SAP HANA Modeling (Attribute, Analytic, Calculation Views).
- SQL Script, CDS Views, AMDP.
- Data Provisioning Tools: SLT, BODS, SDI, SDA.
- Performance tuning & optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration.
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and reporting tools (BO, SAC, Tableau, Power BI – preferred).
- Solid understanding of HANA security, roles, and authorizations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP HANA.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with SAP HANA deployments.
- Exposure to Fiori, RAP, and OData services.
